Sync: Microsoft is taking over our cars!

Sync. A new feature for Fords, Lincolns, and Mercuries. Is software created by Microsoft, that helps combine your mp3 player phones, or any other Blue Tooth items to your car (2008+ models). It will be able to be voice activated to activate mp3 players, phones etc. Some of its features are voice activated calling, uninterrupted connections audible text messaging, advanced calling features, voice recognition, ring tone support, phone book transferring, multilingual intelligence. With this new software it should make driving safer. Sync will be able to be updated goes on. With that, it can keep in touch with the latest software and devices that are being constantly released. "With Sync, you can travel with your Zune or iPod and access its features using the vehicle's controls, and the full capability of your Bluetooth cell phone will be just a voice command away," said Mark Fields, Ford executive vice president, to media members gathered at Cobo Hall. Sync will change the way people look at technology and cars. It will introduce a new field for media companies.
